In order to use the new online booking system you will need your name, date of birth and health card number.

You can still call the clinic at 613-592-1448 to book an appointment, however, phone lines can be very busy and online booking is the preferred method for booking and managing your appointments.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to the availability of medical assistants, we ask that WELL BABY AND IMMUNIZATION visits be booked on Monday and Tuesday, not on Thursdays
