Our phone line receive an overwhelming amount of calls daily. Your cooperation with the following guidelines will greatly help our staff out and will result in less hold times.
For urgent issues, the phone lines are available from 9:00am - 12:00pm and from 1:00pm - 4:00pm, for non-urgent issues, please refrain from calling the clinic prior to 10:00am or from 1:00pm - 2:00pm.
Our front desk is the eyes, ears and voice of the clinic. We urge you to treat our precious front desk staff with kindness, patience and respect just as you would like to be treated.
