Please contact your family doctor for all initial appointments with Dr. Fondop, as your physician will have to send a referral. The clinic will initiate contact upon his review and acceptance.
Please book your follow-up appointments with the front desk after your initial visit with Dr. Fondop. Follow-up appointments can also be booked with the following phone number: 613 271-7676. Please do not contact the Main Office for Specialist Bookings.
