All patients are encouraged to present at reception at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments with the objective being to maintain the clinic's schedule by being ready for your encounter at your allocated time.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. All appointment cancellations must be addressed in person or by phone.
All voicemails will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt, thus voicemail cancellation notices must not be left on our voicemail system.
